ACADEMIC PLANNING, COLLEGE SEARCH, AND APPLICATION GUIDANCE

At Advanced College Consulting, LLC, our counselors know students and their parents are very busy on a daily basis, therefore we know the thought of planning for college/after high school can be daunting.  Frequently asked questions include: What classes do colleges want to see on my transcript? What types of extracurriculars do colleges prefer? Should I take the SAT, ACT, or both? What scores do I need? How will a college support an IEP or 504 Plan? Which colleges accept AP Scores? What do I need to do for NCAA recruitment or submission of an art portfolio? What is a gap year?

With our expertise, we can answer these questions and support and guide you through the process, starting as early as 8th grade. We are here to work with you to create an individualized long or short term plan, streamline the process and remove associated stress that often causes familial conflict.

Additionally, we have experience working with military families and students who have transitioned to US high schools from overseas and between school districts throughout the country.

Our combined 25+ years of college admissions and school counseling experience allows us to provide valuable insight, knowledge, and resources to our clients.

We proudly support all students without regard to race, religion, sexual orientation, belief, residency status, or politics.
